Twice as Nice

This elegant silk top can be knit as a short-sleeved Tee or a 3/4-sleeve Tunic. The pretty eyelet lace and picot edges add feminine touches to a versatile and flattering garment. Recommended for Intermediate knitters.

Knitted measurements at bust and yarn requirements (note that quantity of yarn is listed first for Tee , then for tunic):

Size 1: 32 inches - 4 balls / 7 balls

Size 2: 36 inches - 5 balls / 8 balls

Size 3: 40 inches - 5 balls / 9 balls

Size 4: 44 inches - 6 balls / 10 balls

Size 5: 48 inches - 6 balls / 11 balls

Size 6: 52 inches - 7 balls / 12 balls

Size 7: 56 inches - 7 balls / 13 balls

It is easy to make a longer or shorter garment in either version. If making longer, then purchase extra yarn to be safe (amount will depend on size of garment and extra length desired).

3.5 mm (US 4) 24-inch circular needles (needed for neckline—straight needles may be used for body and sleeves if desired)
