Falling Leaves Shawl
This all-natural shawl is knit with easy-care Ecoknit organic cotton. It improves with gentle machine washing and drying, so no blocking is necessary. A shrinkage of about 12% has been factored into the design and final measurements, so yarn substitutions are not recommended.
Suitable for Intermediate knitters.
This shawl is knit on 6 mm (US 10) and 4.5 mm (US 7) 32-inch circular needles. It starts at the bottom edge with the larger needles, then as you work your way up the shawl, the smaller needles are used while the rows become shorter and faster to work. At the end, all you do is weave in a few loose ends and machine wash and dry!
The pattern uses 11 skeins of Ecoknit organic cotton. Finished size is approximately 78 inches across the top edge and 39 inches from the middle top to the bottom point. To see the available colours and find out more about the Ecoknit cotton in the kit, click on "View Colours."
